SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Connection

In order to utilize all aspects of Quest Community Church Online, you must have a high-speed internet connection such as DSL, Cable, or a T1. While you may be able to watch the video feed with most DSL connections, some slower connection speeds (less that 3Mbit download) may experience re-buffering on the video and may experience periodic drops in audio or video.

Minimum System Requirements

For PC's:
A computer with a 1.5Ghz or greater processor running Windows XP or Vista with at least 512mb of ram is recommended.
For Macs:
A 1Ghz processor with at least 512mb of ram is recommended.

Browser Requirements

While you may be able to connect using Internet Explorer or Safari, in order to have the best possible experience, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox which can be downloaded at http://www.mozilla.com. If you are using Safari, you may experience problems using the live chat feature, please download Firefox in order to utilize all features.

Software Requirements

Both our live and previous videos utilize Adobe Flash Player (download at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/). The most current version of the Flash Player plugin is required to view video content. While our site is compatible with all browsers, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best viewing experience. (http://www.mozilla.com).
